Menlo Micro MM5140 DC to 8GHz High-Power SP4T RF Switch is a high-power, single-pole four-throw switch built on Ideal Switch® technology and utilizing an integrated charge pump/driver circuit. The MM5140 enables RF operation at high power levels with low losses and maintains an ultra-high level of input IP3 performance. This device is designed to perform over a wide temperature range with an operating lifetime of greater than 3 billion switching cycles. The MM5140 is an ideal solution for replacing large RF electromechanical relays, as well as RF/microwave solid-state switches in applications where high reliability is a critical parameter. The integrated charge pump/driver circuit offers both flexible SPI and GPIO interface controls for host device interfacing.The Menlo Micro MM5140 SP4T RF Switch is available in a 5.2mm x 4.2mm LGA package and is RoHS compliant.
