Micro Commercial Components (MCC) UMH11NHE3 Dual NPN Digital Transistor includes a built-in bias resistor enabling the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors. This digital transistor features an 833°C/W junction to ambient thermal resistance, 50V supply voltage, 150mW power dissipation, and 250MHz transition frequency. The UMH11NHE3 digital transistor operates at -10V to 40V input voltage, 100mA output current, and 150°C junction temperature. This digital transistor is a Halogen-free Green device and includes a lead-free finish. The UMH11NHE3 transistor complies with RoHS, Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 (MSL), and UL 94V-0 flammability rating standards.Features
