MaxLinear XR33193, XR33194, XR33195 RS-485/422 Transmitters

MaxLinear XR33193, XR33194, and XR33195 RS-485/RS-422 Transmitters combine low power, high performance, small packaging, and high ±15kV ESD protection. The XR3319x Series Transmitters operate from a 3.3V supply and draw only 180µA (375µA maximum) of supply current. All transmitters feature a shutdown mode that consumes less than 2µA whenever the transmitters are disabled. 

Ideal for today’s high-performance serial communications applications, the XR33193, XR33194, and XR33195 ICs are offered in a tiny 6-pin TSOT23 package. The XR3319x Series Transmitters occupy a 3.0mm x 3.0mm footprint and feature 250kbps, 2.5Mbps, and 20Mbps data rates. XR33193 and XR33194 have slew-limited outputs for reduced EMI and error-free communication over long or improperly terminated or unterminated data cables and multi-drop applications with unterminated stubs.

The MaxLinear XR33193, XR33194, and XR33195 Transmitters operate over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and include hot-swap protection circuitry to protect against false transitions on the bus during power-up or live insertion.
