Littelfuse SMCJ-HR and SMCJ-HRA TVS Diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. These devices are ideal for protecting I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits used in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronic applications. Littelfuse SMCJ-HR TVS Diodes are available with a variety of upscreening options for enhanced reliability and meet Group B Testing requirements.Features
