Littelfuse SMCG-HR 1500W Surface-Mount TVS Diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. Littelfuse SMCG-HR TVS Diodes feature 1500W peak pulse power dissipation and are high-reliability up-screened for critical applications. The series offers excellent clamping capability and low incremental surge resistance. SMCG-HR protects I/O interfaces, VCC buses, and other vulnerable circuits in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics applications.Features
