Littelfuse 15KPA-HR & 15KPA-HRA TVS Diodes
Littelfuse 15KPA-HR and 15KPA-HRA Series TVS Diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. These devices protect I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits used in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronic applications. Littelfuse 15KPA-HR meets Group B Testing requirements.

- Glass passivated chip junction in P600 package
- 15000W peak pulse capability at 10/100µs waveform with 0.01% repetition rate (duty cycles)
- Typically less than 1.0ps from 9V to BV min response time
- Typical IR less than 2µA when VBR min>36V
- VBR @TJ= VBR@+25°C x (1+αT x (TJ - 25)) (αT:Temperature Coefficient)
- Typical failure mode is short from over-specified voltage or current
- Whisker test is conducted based on JEDEC JED201A per its table 4a and 4c
- IEC-6100-4-2 ESD 30kV(Air), 30kV (Contact)
- ESD protection of data lines in accordance with IEC 61000-4-2 (IEC801-2)
- EFT protection of data lines in accordance with IEC 61000-4-4 (IEC801-4)
- High-temperature reflow soldering guaranteed
- 15KPA-HR: +260°C/10sec/0.375", (9.5mm) lead length, 5 lbs., (2.3kg) tension
- 15KPA-HRA: +260°C/40sec/0.375", (9.5mm) lead length, 5 lbs., (2.3kg) tension
