IXYS X2-Class HiPerFET™ Power MOSFETs are N-channel enhancement mode, avalanche-rated MOSFETs. The X2-Class MOSFETs offer high power density, space savings and are easy to mount. The MOSFETs are available in international standard packages, including TO-263, TO-220, and TO-247.
