IXYS Integrated Circuits NCD1015ZP Half-Duplex RFID Transponder

IXYS Integrated Circuits NCD1015ZP Half-Duplex (HDX) Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Transponder is a passive 50mm cylindrical low-frequency (LF) read-only transponder. This transponder operates at a resonant frequency of 134.2kHz and offers 10 years of data retention. The transponder supports ISO 11784 and ISO 11785 standards with a 16-bit CRC error-detection code generator and 64 bits for data / identification storage. IXYS NCD1015ZP Half-Duplex RFID Transponder utilizes a frequency shift keying (FSK) modulation technique for the transmission of digital data. Applications include inventory management, vehicle identification, ingress/egress discovery, security access administration, and more.
