Infineon Technologies TLS830A4EPV50 Demo Board features the TLS830A4EPV50 voltage regulator in a PG-TSDSO-14 package and all the necessary components for easy device evaluation. This board offers plug-and-play evaluation capability, easy-to-use banana connectors, and test points for advanced verification. The TLS830A4EPV50 demo board also features a dropout voltage of 190mV, 300mA maximum output current, 4.3μA Quiescent current, and operates within the -40°C to 150°C temperature range. The TLS830A4EPV50 linear voltage regulator features low dropout voltage, ultra-low quiescent current, and an input voltage range of 3.2V to 40V. Typical applications include automotive permanent battery supply, automotive cranking condition systems, remote keyless systems, and automotive supply for CAN transceivers.
