Infineon Technologies TLS102B0MB Demo Board exhibits a full electrical performance evaluation of the TLS102B0MB, a monolithic integrated low-dropout voltage tracking regulator. The TLS102B0MB IC is designed to supply off-board systems, mainly the sensors in powertrain management systems located outside the electronic control unit (ECU). The ECU needs to be protected against short-to-ground and short-to-battery. These protection mechanisms, together with reverse battery protection, are implemented in the TLS102B0MB voltage tracker and are demonstrated by the demo board functionality.
