Infineon Technologies ISO1I813T Digital Isolator

Infineon Technologies ISO1I813T Digital Isolator is an electrically isolated 8-bit data input interface that detects the signal states of eight independent input lines. This isolator consists of an 8-bit parallel µC compatible interface that allows connecting the IC directly to a µC system. The ISO1I813T isolator features integrated galvanic isolation, 3.3V/5V SPI and parallel micro-controller interface, up to 500kHz sampling frequency, VBB under-voltage detection, and wire-break detection. This isolator can be wired with resistors RV and REXT for operating sensors of type 1/2/3 in accordance with IEC61131-2. Typical applications include Programmable Logic Controllers(PLC), industrial PC, and general control equipment.
