Infineon Technologies EVAL_2K7W_12V_PSU Server Power Supply
Infineon Technologies EVAL_2K7W_12V_PSU Server Power Supply is a high-density and high-efficiency 2.7kW, 12V Power Supply Unit (PSU) for enterprise server applications. This PSU features a two-stage system consisting of a front-end AC-DC Power Factor Correction (PFC) rectifier and a highly efficient LLC topology for isolated DC-regulated bus voltage. The PFC rectifier draws high-quality power from the grid and provides a constant DC bus for the subsequent DC-DC stage. The highly efficient LLC topology provides the regulated bus voltage to the downstream server loads. This system utilizes the best-in-class Infineon power devices, gate drivers, and microcontrollers to meet and exceed the stringent 80 PLUS™ Titanium efficiency and power quality requirements. Typical applications include AC-DC power conversion for telecom infrastructure, information and communication technologies, and server power supplies.
