Infineon Technologies ESD133/ESD144/ESD145 Low Capacitance ESD Devices
Infineon Technologies ESD133/ESD144/ESD145 Low Capacitance ESD Devices are transient voltage suppressors with bi-directional and symmetric I/V characteristics for optimized design and assembly. These ESD devices feature small form factor, very low reverse current, 0.2pF line capacitance, and ESD/transient protections as per IEC61000-4-2 (ESD), IEC61000-4-4 (EFT), and IEC61000-4-5 (Surge). The ESD133 devices are ideal for USB 3.0/3.1, HDMI, DisplayPort, Thunderbolt, and Mobile HDMI link. The ESD144 and ESD145 devices are ideal for ESD protection of RF signal lines in Near Field Communication (NFC) applications.Features
