Infineon Technologies CoolSET™ SiP Reference Design Boards
Infineon Technologies CoolSET™ SiP Reference Design Boards are compact, high-efficiency power supply solutions that integrate Infineon’s advanced CoolSET ICE184 and ICE186 series. These boards are designed for offline switch-mode power supplies in applications such as home appliances, industrial control, and auxiliary power supplies. Utilizing a quasi-resonant (QR) flyback topology with zero-voltage switching (ZVS), the boards achieve high efficiency and low EMI performance. The reference designs are optimized for universal input with enhanced thermal and electrical performance.
Each board features integrated protection mechanisms, including overvoltage, overload, and overtemperature protection, making them robust and reliable for demanding environments. A compact form factor and high integration reduce BOM cost and design complexity, making the Infineon CoolSET SiP Reference Design Boards ideal for modern energy-efficient power supply designs.
