Infineon Technologies BTT6200-4EMA BOARD Daughterboard
Infineon Technologies BTT6200-4EMA BOARD Daughterboard is designed to be used with the PROFET™+ main Demoboard. Infineon BTT6200-4EMA BOARD Daughterboard is a small PCB with a soldered PROFET+ 24V device included on it. All logic pins are switchable directly on the board. The BTT6200-4EMA BOARD Daughterboard offers an input voltage of up to 12V. The BTT6200-4EMA BOARD Daughterboard is compatible with external logic voltage supplies.
