Infineon Technologies BTT6050-2EKA DMB.ADAPT. Daughterboard is designed to be used with the PROFET™+ main Demoboard. Infineon BTT6050-2EKA DMB.ADAPT. Daughterboard is a small PCB with a soldered PROFET+ 24V device included on it. All logic pins are switchable directly on the board. BTT6050-2EKA DMB.ADAPT. Daughterboard offers an input voltage of 8V to 36V. BTT6050-2EKA DMB.ADAPT. Daughterboard is compatible with external logic voltage supplies.
