Infineon Technologies BTT6030-1EKA BOARD Daughterboard
Infineon Technologies BTT6030-1EKA BOARD Daughterboard is designed to be used with the PROFET™+ main Demoboard. The BTT6030-1EKA BOARD Daughterboard is a small PCB with a soldered PROFET+ 24V device included on it. All logic pins are switchable directly on the board. Infineon BTT6030-1EKA BOARD Daughterboard offers an input voltage of 5.5V to 32V. The BTT6030-1EKA BOARD Daughterboard is compatible with external logic voltage supplies.
