Infineon Technologies BGS15MU14 SP5T High Isolation Switch

Infineon Technologies BGS15MU14 SP5T High Isolation Switch features low current consumption, low insertion loss, and low harmonic generation up to 6GHz. This switch is designed for LTE and 5G feedback, receives applications, and is controlled via the MIPI RFFE controller. The BGS15MU14 high isolation switch offers the performance of GaAs with the economy and integration of conventional CMOS, including the inherent higher ESD robustness. This switch operates at a -0.5V to 2.2V supply voltage range, 100μA supply current, and 20dBm input power. The BGS15MU14 high isolation switch is stored at -55°C to 150°C temperature range and functions at 125°C junction temperature.
