Infineon Technologies BGC100GN6 Antenna Centric Devices

Infineon Technologies BGC100GN6 Antenna Centric Devices is an integrated bi-directional coupler IC designed for 2G/3G/4G RF front-end applications. The devices feature a bidirectional coupler operating in one or multiple bands within a 0.6-2.7GHz frequency range. The coupled output contains a low-pass filter for 5GHz ISM blockers suppression and offers low insertion loss and high directivity.

Control the coupler using a GPIO pin and the device uses high-volume RF-CMOS technology with no additional external power supply blocking or RF decoupling capacitors required. The device is housed in a small size of only 1.1x0.7mm2 and a maximum height of 0.4mm.
