Infineon Technologies 65DN06B02 600V Housingless Welding Diode is designed with improved losses for medium frequency resistance welding and high current rectifier applications. The diode offers a low on-state voltage that continuously allows a very high forward current of around 15kA, which is 10% more than current type 65DN06. This housingless welding diode is mechanically compatible with 65DN06 and compact with a diameter of 65mm and a height of 5mm. The 65DN06B02 diode features low loss, highest reliability, and best-in-class power cycling capability. This housingless welding diode operates at -40°C to 180°C. The 65DN06B02 diode is ideal for industrial heating and welding, low voltage high current rectifiers, and rectifiers for galvanic applications.
