Infineon Technologies 5-Gen CoolSET™ High-Voltage Buck Converters feature integrated 800V/950V avalanche rugged CoolMOS™. The converters have enhanced ABM with selectable entry and exit standby power. The devices also have digital frequency reduction for better overall system efficiency.

- All protections are in auto-restart mode
