Infineon Technologies FM4 S6E2H-Series Motor Control ARM® Cortex®-M4 MCUs are based on the ARM Cortex-M4F processor with on-chip flash memory and SRAM. The S6E2H are highly integrated 32-bit microcontrollers with high performance and competitive cost. The portfolio includes serial communication interfaces (UART, CSIO (SPI), I2C, LIN), and 2 CAN bus interfaces. The Infineon FM4 MCUs also feature advanced control peripherals like motor control timers, A/D converters, and a Quadrature Position/Revolution Counter.Features
