Hirose Electric ZE150HV Compact Wire-to-Board Connectors are designed for high-voltage applications in electric vehicle (EV) and hybrid electric (HEV) powertrains. These connectors feature a 4.5mm pitch, 1000V AC/DC voltage rating, 10A current rating, and a temperature rating up to +125°C. The ZE150HV connectors meet IEC 60664 standards and combine reliable electrical performance with mechanical stability. These EV/HEV connectors offer three improvements: integration performance under harsh conditions, a connector position assurance (CPA) mechanism for high-voltage safety, and a dual-spring, three-point contact system for vibration resistance.
