Guerrilla RF GRF2115 High-Frequency Gain Block Amplifier is a broadband and linear amplifier designed for small cells, instrumentation, and wireless infrastructure that require high gain. This amplifier features excellent Noise Figure (NF) performance, high linearity, and a 0.05GHz to 11GHz frequency range. The GRF2115 amplifier operates from -40°C to 105°C temperature range (package base). This amplifier is used in test instruments and C and X band gain blocks.
