Diodes Incorporated PI3CH480 Multiplexer/Demultiplexer Switches

Diodes Incorporated PI3CH480 Multiplexer/Demultiplexer Switches are 4-channel 2:1 Mux/Demux with tri-state outputs and 500MHz high signal passing bandwidth. These Diodes Incorporated switches feature non-zero propagation, beyond rail-to-rail switching, and hot insertion capability. The PI3CH480 mux/demux switches include 8kV ESD protection. These switches operate at -40°C to 85°C temperature range. The PI3CH480 mux/demux switches function with -0.5V to 4.6V supply voltage to ground potential. These switches offer 120mA DC output current and 0.5W power dissipation. The PI3CH480 mux/demux switches are ideal for desktop PCs, industrial PCs, medical devices, monitors, STBs, tablet PCs, and TVs.
