Diodes Incorporated PI2MEQX2505 MIPI CSI-2/DSI D-PHY ReDrivers

Diodes Incorporated PI2MEQX2505 MIPI CSI-2/DSI D-PHY ReDrivers are low power, high performance 2.5Gbps four lanes of data and clock MIPI D-PHY ReDriver built for MIPI D-PHY 1.2 protocol. The PI2MEQX2505 features programmable equalization, output swing, and pre-emphasis to optimize performance over various physical mediums by reducing inter-symbol Interference.

The Diodes PI2MEQX2505 ReDrivers support MIPI D-PHY 1.2 standard with 100Ω differential CML data I/O between CSI-2 source and sink, over cable, or to extend the signals across other distant data pathways. Additionally, the redrivers enable pin adjustability on receiver equalization and edge rate on transmitter rise and fall time.

The PI2MEQX2505 is available in a TQFN-28 package designed for mobile applications. It includes activity detection circuitry on the D-PHY Link interface that can transit into a lower power mode when in ULPS and LP states.
