Diodes Incorporated SDM1A40CSP 40V 1A Schottky Barrier Rectifier is enhanced for very low reverse leakage current and low forward voltage drop. The SDM1A40CSP rectifier is housed in a compact Chip Scale Package (CSP) that occupies only 0.6mm² board space. The low thermal resistance of the SDM1A40CSP reduces board space while increasing efficiency, enabling designers to meet design challenges.
