Diodes Incorporated AP7383/AP7384 Micro-Power Low Dropout Regulators

Diodes Inc. AP7383/AP7384 Wide Input Voltage Micro-Power Low Dropout Regulators feature a wide input voltage range of up to 30V for the AP7383 and up to 40V for the AP7384. Combined with a 1% tolerance and high accuracy, the AP7383/AP7384 regulators are ideal for use in various USB and portable devices. The AP7383/AP7384 regulators maximize system run times with low quiescent current and extend battery life in battery-operated products.

The AP7383 offers fixed output voltage versions of 1.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 3.6V, 4.15V, 4.4V, and 5.0V. The AP7383 Regulators are available in the space-saving SOT25 (with and without enable) and SOT89 (without enable) packages in green molding and are RoHS compliant. The AP7484 offers fixed output voltage versions of 2.8V, 3.3V, 5V, and 7V. The AP7484 is available in the space-saving SOT23, SOT89, and TO92 packages in green molding and is RoHS compliant.

The AP7383/AP7384 wide input voltage micro-power low dropout regulators provide a built-in over-temperature protection (OTP) function, protecting a system from over-temperature conditions.
