Diodes Incorporated DZ9Fx Surface-Mount Zener Diodes are housed in an ultra-small, flat-lead, thermally efficient package. These Zener diodes feature exposed and easily visible terminals. X-ray inspection of solder joints is not required. These SMT Zener diodes are ideal for voltage regulation applications.
