DFRobot RoMeo All-in-One Arduino-Based Robot Boards

DFRobot RoMeo All-in-One Arduino-Based Robot Boards are designed for robotics applications and can easily be expanded with Arduino Shields. The RoMeo boards use the Arduino open-source platform and are supported by thousands of open-source projects. DFRobot RoMeo All-in-One Arduino-Based Robot Boards feature an integrated two-way DC motor driver and an Xbee socket. Start projects immediately without the need for an additional motor driver or wireless shield.

The RoMeo V1 Board is based on Arduino Uno and has a ATmega328, built-in 2x2A DC motor drivers, and a socket for BLUETOOTH®/APC220 module communications. The integrated IO sensor pinout allows the board to connect hundreds of different Gravity Sensors and Modules. The board has a servo connector, which is plug-and-play and is the ideal controller to build robots.

The RoMeo V2 Board behaves like Arduino Leonardo and is based on the ATmega32u4 chip. The RoMeo V2 features an Xbee Module socket for adding wireless. Program the board directly from the Arduino IDE 1.0.1 or later version. Because the ATmega32U4 is its sole microcontroller, RoMeo V2 is simple and easy to use. The 32U4 chipset handles the USB directly. Code libraries are available, which allow the board to emulate a computer keyboard, mouse, and more using the USB-HID protocol.
