Cypress MaxArias 4- / 8- / 16-KB F-RAM secure wireless F-RAM memory solutions with EPC Gen-2 RFID access enable unparalleled RF sensitivity, read/write range, and speed. These innovative Cypress devices allow system integrators to extend their RFID capabilities to create wireless databases that can store greater amounts of information locally on high-performance RF-enabled ICs. The first products in the Cypress MaxArias family offer F-RAM memory capabilities in 4-, 8-, and 16-KB densities. Unlike EEPROMs, the MaxArias WM710xx and WM72016 feature zero power write operations. There is no power or speed penalty for executing writes into the WM72016 and WM710xx.

The MaxReader board enables access to the full, higher-level user-memory memory capacity of the MaxArias wireless memory. The MaxReader also enables engineers to use the full write speed of MaxArias by employing the block write capability of MaxArias.
