STMicroelectronics T5035H-8PI 50A Triac
STMicroelectronics T5035H-8PI 50A Triac is housed in a TOP3 insulated package and designed to operate at 800V and 150°C. The T5035H-8PI Triac provides enhanced thermal management for a compact drive of heavy AC loads. The device enables heatsink size reduction. The T5035H-8PI is based on ST high-temperature Snubberless technology. It offers the highest specified turn-off commutation and noise immunity levels at the Tj max.
