Cinch Micro-D EMI Backshells
Cinch Micro-D EMI Backshells are designed to connect cable shields to micro-D connectors. These circular backshells provide strain relief and mechanical / electromagnetic protection with easy installation for various harnesses. The backshells can be delivered with braided sleeves of specified lengths, and a crimp sleeve is included to bond a braided sleeve to the backshell wire entry. Cinch Micro-D EMI Backshells are available in multiple entry shell sizes.
The Micro-D tools and hardware include jackscrews, jackposts, nuts, clips, and washers. The jackscrews feature a minimum tensile strength of 125000ps and are built using nonmagnetic corrosion-resistant steel. The jackpost and nuts feature corrosion-resistant steel material per ASTM A484/A484M and either ASTM A276 or ASTM A582/A582M. The clip and washers feature corrosion-resistant steel material per ASTM A484/A484M.
