Central Semiconductor CTLSH01-30 Surface Mount Silicon Schottky Diodes are designed for applications where ultra small size and power dissipation are primary requirements. The CTLSH01-30 is contained in an ultra small, ultra low profile 0.3mm x 0.6mm x 0.3mm package. This device provides performance characteristics suitable for a variety of demanding size-constrained applications, including DC/DC converters, voltage clamping, and protection circuits.
