Broadcom Wi-Fi® 7 RF Front-End Module

Broadcom Wi-Fi® 7 RF Front-End Module (FEM) is based on 300mm radio frequency silicon-on-insulator (RFSOI) technology, providing superior performance and efficiency. This module features FBAR filter technology for 5GHz and 6GHz band coexistence and low in-band insertion loss at the RF front-end. Additionally, the Wi-Fi 7 FEM has a state-of-the-art non-linear power amplifier (PA) design optimized for Broadcom's Wi-Fi 7 SoC digital pre-distortion (DPD) operation, allowing up to a 40% reduction in RF front-end power. The Wi-Fi 7 RF FEM from Broadcom is suitable for residential gateways, access points, routers, and Wi-Fi extenders.
