Bourns CDDFN10-3304N TVS/Steering Diode Array
Bourns CDDFN10-3304N TVS/Steering Diode Array protects against electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT), and surges for high-speed data ports. This transient voltage suppressor array offers a working peak voltage of 3.3V and protects up to four data lines. Bourns CDDFN10-3304N TVS/Steering Diode Array meets the requirements for IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT), and IEC 61000-4-5 (surge). The DFN10 package can be mounted directly onto an industry-standard DFN10 footprint.
