Analog Devices Inc. ADMV1530 Double Balanced Mixer

Analog Devices ADMV1530 Double Balanced Mixer can be an upconverter or downconverter between 5GHz and 30GHz. The general-purpose, double-balanced mixer is offered in a leadless, RoHS-compliant, surface-mount technology (SMT) package.

The mixer provides a 0GHz to 10GHz wide bandwidth range on the intermediate frequency (IF) port, allowing flexible frequency planning to avoid imitation products.

The Analog Devices ADMV1530 mixer is manufactured using a gallium arsenide (GaAs) monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) process and requires no external components or matching circuitry. Due to optimized balun structures, the ADMV1530 delivers excellent local oscillator (LO) to RF and LO to IF suppression. The mixer operates with a typical LO amplitude of 19dBm. The RoHS-compliant ADMV1530 eliminates the requirement for wire bonding, permitting surface-mount manufacturing techniques.

The ADMV1530 is available in a compact, 4mm × 4mm, 18-terminal land grid array (LGA) package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
