American Bright LED BPC-817/-817S Phototransistor Couplers

American Bright LED BPC-817/-817S Phototransistor Couplers feature a 5000VRMS high input-output isolation voltage, 2.54mm lead pitch, and 200mW total power dissipation. The current transfer ratio of these phototransistor couplers is specified to be a minimum of 50% at IF=5mA and VCE=5V. The BPC-817/-817S phototransistor couplers offer a 4μs typical (rise) response time at VCE=2V, IC=2mA, and RL=100Ω. These phototransistors feature 50mA forward current, 6V reverse voltage, and 630V rated repetitive peak isolation voltage. The BPC-817/-817S phototransistor couplers operate within the -30°C to 110°C temperature range and are UL/cUL, VDE, and CQC approved.
