Advanced Energy / Trek 876 & 884 Non-Contacting Electrostatic Voltmeters

Advanced Energy / Trek 876 and 884 Series Non-Contacting Electrostatic Voltmeters feature a 3.5-digit liquid crystal display and can be used in both ionized and non-ionized environments to accurately measure surface voltage over a wide range of spacings. These portable voltmeters employ a measurement technique that provides surface voltage measurements essentially independent of the sensor probe-to-measured surface spacing, overcoming a disadvantage of typical handheld field meters. An NIST-traceable certificate of calibration is supplied with each unit. Advanced Energy / Trek 876 and 884 devices provide non-contacting measurements of electrostatic surface voltage for ESD applications, such as electronic assembly testing and semiconductor material testing.
