Littelfuse SMF Uni/Bi-Directional SMD TVS Diodes
Littelfuse SMF Uni/Bi-Directional SMD TVS Diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. The SMF package (SOD-123FL) offers a 50% smaller footprint than the SMA package and delivers a low 1.1mm height. The SMF components are ideal for the protection of I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits used in cellular phones, portable devices, business machines, power supplies, and other consumer applications.Features
