Littelfuse SMF Uni/Bi-Directional SMD TVS Diodes
Littelfuse SMF Uni/Bi-Directional SMD TVS Diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. The SMF package (SOD-123FL) offers a 50% smaller footprint than the SMA package and delivers a low 1.1mm height. The SMF components are ideal for the protection of I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits used in cellular phones, portable devices, business machines, power supplies, and other consumer applications.

- Compatible with industrial standard package SOD-123FL

- High temperature to reflow soldering guaranteed at +260°C for 430sec
- Typical failure mode is short from over-specified voltage or current
- Whisker test is conducted based on JEDEC JESD201A per table 4a and 4c

- ESD protection of data lines in accordance with IEC 61000-4-2
