Littelfuse LS2406ERQ23 Protection eFuse IC offers a 3V to 24V typical input voltage range with a 28V maximum and an external adjustable current limit of 1A to 6A. This IC provides overload, short-circuit, input voltage surge, excessive inrush current, overtemperature, and reverse current protection to the system. The LS2406ERQ23 features a built-in 24mΩ ultra-low RDS(ON) power switch that assists in reducing power loss during normal operation. In addition to the thermal fold-back function and the all-time true reverse current blocking, the LS2406ERQ23 has a fast role swap function that complies with the timing requirement defined in the USB Power Delivery Specification.
