Infineon Technologies BTS5002x-1Txx Smart High-Side Power Switches

Infineon Technologies BTS5002x-1Txx Smart High-Side Power Switches integrate an N-Channel MOSFET with a charge pump embedded in a small package, providing protective functions and diagnosis. These devices are specially designed to drive high current loads up to 60A for applications like heaters, glow plugs, fans, and pumps in harsh environments. Embedded safety features include short circuit protection with latch, overtemperature protection with latch, and enhanced short circuit operation. Infineon SMART CLAMPING and Infineon® ReverSave™ functionality are also on board to provide extra protection. The switches are AEC-Q100 qualified for use in automotive applications and are RoHS compliant.
