Infineon Technologies BGA123N6/BGA125N6 Ultra Low Current Amplifiers are designed for L2/L5 applications with an operating frequency range of 1164MHz to 1300MHz. The BGA123N6/BGA125N6 Amps provide good performance and ensure high system sensitivity. The ultra-low power consumption of 1.5mW reserves valuable battery power, ideal for small battery-powered GNSS devices.
The Infineon Technologies BGA123N6/BGA125N6 Ultra Low Current Amplifiers are specified with a wide supply voltage range from 1.1V to 3.3V, enabling a flexible design and high compatibility. Additionally, besides the GPS L2 and L5, the GNSS LNA also covers Galileo E5a, E5b, E6, Glonass G3, G2, Beidou B3, B2, and IRNSS/NAVIC bands.
