Halo Microelectronics HL7005D Li-Ion Battery Switching Chargers

Halo Microelectronics HL7005D Li-Ion Battery Switching Chargers provide fully automatic and efficient charge management for large-capacity lithium batteries. The series supports a 1.7A charge current, 6.3V operating voltage, and 3MHz synchronous PWM. Additional features include an integrated on-the-go (OTG) boost, comprehensive protection, automatic adaptor fault detection, and a high-impedance mode with low power consumption. Halo Microelectronics HL7005D Li-Ion Battery Switching Chargers come in a 1.72mm x 1mm WLCSP package with built-in input current and input voltage limit. The HL7005D chargers are ideally suited for smartphones, MP3 players, and tablet PCs.
