These SSDs are built with a powerful PCIe controller to deliver outstanding performance in data transfer. The speeds can reach up to 210,000/327,000MB/s and 2,400/2,240MB/s in IOPS and sequential read/write. The PT220-M280 SSDs utilize 3D NAND for higher capacities of up to 2TB and provide more power efficiency. These PCIe SSDs exhibit Advanced Encryption Standards (AES) to ensure data security.
