Toradex Aquila iMX95 System on Module features a modern form factor and is powered by the NXP i.MX 95 application processor. The processor has six Arm® Cortex®-A55 cores running at 1.8GHz and dual Arm Cortex-M processors for real-time tasks. The Toradex Aquila iMX95 includes a state-of-the-art Neural Processing Unit (NPU) offering twice the performance of the i.MX8M Plus, making it ideal for AI-driven applications. Designed with enhanced functional safety, it supports mission-critical use cases. The SoM has a long-term supported Linux software stack that provides over-the-air (OTA) updates, remote access, and device monitoring for seamless and secure operation.
