Lite-On PLCC-2 T680 Series LEDs offer high brightness in AlInGaP & InGaN technology as well as a wide operating temperature range and wide viewing angle. Lite-On PLCC-2 T680 Series LEDs are compatible with automatic placement equipment and infrared and reflow solder processes. These LEDs are available in six color options: InGaN Blue, InGaN Green, AlInGaP Yellow Green, AlInGaP Yellow, AlInGaP Orange, and AlInGaP Red.
