MASW-011249 200W High Power Switch

MACOM MASW-011249 200W High Power Switch is a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) high power, broadband, high linearity, PIN diode T/R switch for 0.01GHz to 7.0GHz high power applications. An industry-standard, lead-free 5mm HQFN plastic package houses the device. This device incorporates a PIN diode die fabricated with a low-loss, high-isolation switching diode process. The MACOM MASW-011249 serves applications requiring a low-loss, high-isolation, and high-power handling SPDT.
