ESD AEC-Q101 Protection Devices

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) ESD AEC-Q101 Protection Devices protect one data or power line/two bi-directional lines/one data line of the LIN. These devices feature low leakage, ultra-low clamping voltage, and ±30KV (air) IEC61000-4-2(ESD). The ESD protection devices operate from -55°C to 150°C junction temperature range. These devices are halogen-free, RoHS-compliant, and comply with the Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 standard.
