Qorvo QPA9822線性5G高增益高驅動放大器是一款寬頻、高增益、高線性的驅動器放大器。QPA9822能在3.5 GHz下提供39 dB增益，實現28 dBm P1dB。此放大器設計用於處理寬頻5G NR瞬時訊號頻寬，非常適合m-MIMO應用。QPA9822在3.3 GHz至4.2 GHz的整個作業頻段內部匹配至50Ω，並可透過VEN腳位快速開關功能。Qorvo QPA9822還具備外部偏移控制功能，能最佳化線性度。QPA9822預先驅動器採用16腳位3 mm x 3 mm SMT封裝，尺寸及腳位均相容於QPA9120、QPA9121和QPA9122M。
